Getting Here

Travel

Most guests will fly into Nashville International Airport (BNA), Tennessee’s largest airport, with nonstop service from cities across the U.S. and select international destinations.

The Grand Ole Opry sits roughly a 15-minute drive from BNA. Ride-share, taxi, and rental car services are all available curbside at the airport. If you’re driving in, it’s just east of downtown Nashville off Briley Parkway, with easy interstate access from I-40 and I-65.

Nashville does not have intercity rail service, so plan to arrive by air or car.

Where to Stay

Lodging

Our event venue, the Grand Ole Opry House, is located in the Opryland / Music Valley area of Nashville (zip code 37214), just east of downtown.

To make booking easy, the Nashville Convention & Visitors Corp created a lodging portal for the Cast Reunion. It’s pre-set for the event dates and sorts hotels by distance to the venue, so the closest options rise to the top automatically.

Book Reunion Hotels

The portal opens with check-in 9/11 and checkout 9/14 already filled in — adjust if your travel dates differ. The closest hotels are in the Opryland / Music Valley area; staying here means you won’t need to commute from downtown, though downtown Nashville and Broadway are only about a 15–20 minute drive away if you’d like to explore.

Weather

Mid-September is one of Nashville’s most pleasant times of year. Daytime highs typically reach the upper 70s to low 80s°F, with cool evenings dropping into the low 60s — comfortable weather for the daytime reunion festivities and the long evening at the Grand Ole Opry.

Occasional afternoon thunderstorms are possible this time of year, so we recommend packing a light layer and a small umbrella. A few days before the event we’ll have a clearer picture — check the forecast on weather.gov (the National Weather Service’s site — no ads, no tracking):
